Millionth Guest at the Dinosaur Museum

Approximately six years after its establishment, the Altmühltal Dinosaur Museum has welcomed over one million guests. The milestone was reached on June 29, 2022, around 12:30 PM. Michael Völker, the museum’s founder and managing director, along with park mascot Rexi, greeted 8-year-old Elisa from Mülheim an der Ruhr and her family in the entrance area. Elisa will receive an annual pass for her entire family and a voucher for a birthday package at the museum.

“We are absolutely thrilled for Elisa and her family that they are our anniversary guests,” says Michael Völker. “We didn’t expect to reach this milestone before the summer holidays even began. However, we are no less grateful to the 999,999 visitors who, since our founding in 2016, have made us the leading attraction in our region in Bavaria. A gigantic thank you to everyone for that!”
