Prior knowledge: No prior knowledge is required. You’ll receive all important information on site.
Equipment: All necessary materials are provided by us. You don’t need to bring any equipment, utensils, or containers.
Clothing: The fossil field can be muddy after heavy rain – sturdy footwear is recommended. Dust may be generated when opening plaster blocks – clothing could get slightly dirty.
Location: All activities take place in the covered hands-on hall, with the exception of fossil hunting. This is therefore weather-dependent and cannot be used in heavy rain or snow.
Payment: You can pay on site in cash or by debit card and credit card.
Supervision: Our staff will introduce and explain the hands-on activities, but parents are responsible for supervision.
Important note: Please note that you must start at least one hour before the hands-on area closes.
