Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at dinosauriermuseum.de/kontakt. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you have sent your declaration of withdrawal via the withdrawal function (the so-called “withdrawal button”) before the deadline expires.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us (Dinosaurier-Park Altmühltal GmbH, Dinopark 1, 85095 Denkendorf, Germany, telephone number: +498466583930, email address: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

In this case, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already rendered up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply according to § 312g para. 2 BGB to:
