You can pay in cash, with an EC card, or by credit card. Exception: The handcart deposit (€30) must be paid in cash.

How Do I Redeem a Free Ticket?

Just bring your free ticket or voucher with you on the day of your visit and present it at the ticket counter.

Are there EV Charging Stations?

Yes, you can conveniently charge your electric car during your visit. Our parking lot offers 20 charging points.

What Parking Options are Available on Site?

We have plenty of free parking available. Buses and vans also have space here – perfect for group visits.

Are Dogs Allowed?
